Mulit-factor Autentication (Microsoft Authenticator 2FA)
To help better secure our online resources Campus has been working with Microsoft Authenticator 2FA (MS 2FA) which is required when you log into your Campus email.
When on Campus you can connect your devices to our mobile network using the guest access.Ìý Your alumni account will not grant you access to Eduroam.
In-Person / Online Help
You are welcome to visit the SGC for basic help with password resets or general questions.Ìý There is no technical support for personal devices.

Software
ľ¹ÏÊÓƵ have access to Campus software for 9 months post graduation.Ìý After that time you would need to move any campus data to a personal account or risk losing access to it.Ìý See our graduated students guide for more information.
Equipment
ľ¹ÏÊÓƵ do not qualify for Campus equipment.Ìý Additionally technical support is not provided for personal equipment questions or maintenance.
You can visit the Campus Library and use the computers there with guest account access.Ìý Access is provided at the Student Genius Center (SGC).
