The TitanCard for alumni is granted after you fill out the request form on the .Ìý Contact the alumni office for details and directions.


Mulit-factor Autentication (Microsoft Authenticator 2FA)

To help better secure our online resources Campus has been working with Microsoft Authenticator 2FA (MS 2FA) which is required when you log into your Campus email.


When on Campus you can connect your devices to our mobile network using the guest access.Ìý Your alumni account will not grant you access to Eduroam.

In-Person / Online Help

Student Genius Center (SGC)

You are welcome to visit the SGC for basic help with password resets or general questions.Ìý There is no technical support for personal devices.

IT training has created a huge knowledge base where we have our guides that will walk you through many of the processes on campus.Ìý You can find more information on MS 2FA for alumni.

Software

ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ have access to Campus software for 9 months post graduation.Ìý After that time you would need to move any campus data to a personal account or risk losing access to it.Ìý See our graduated students guide for more information.

Equipment

ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ do not qualify for Campus equipment.Ìý Additionally technical support is not provided for personal equipment questions or maintenance.

You can visit the Campus Library and use the computers there with guest account access.Ìý Access is provided at the Student Genius Center (SGC).
